How do I get started?
Incase you are looking for appointment you just need to call or message us through watsapp and one of our representatives will get in touch with you.
For virtual clinics you will be informed about the availability of the appointment slot. Once the payments are made your appointment would be confirmed.
Do you consult with overseas patients?
Yes! All clients looking for evidenced based nutritional therapy consultation are welcome to become a part of The Food Balance.
Are all sessions virtual?
Not anymore. Our physical clinics and virtual both are operating at this point in time.
What are the advantages of Virtual Counselling?
There are many benefits to counseling remotely. Here are three of the big ones:
- Traveling to an appointment can be tiresome because of the traffic and possible waiting, but tele counseling allows you to work with me from the privacy of your home.
- In case you need an urgent appointment and cannot make it to the physical clinics, the tele appointments facilitate you to reach me in no time.
- The tele appointment is designed to provide you with more time ranging from 45-60 minutes. It allows you to get your queries answered in detail.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
- The appointments need to be canceled before payments are scheduled. In case payment was made our services will try to accommodate you on the next consultation day provided appointment slots are available. This is just for 1 time only in case you cancel the next given appointment also. You will need to book your appointment again with another payment.
- You will have to give a legit medical emergency reason for us to accommodate you in the next appointment schedule. No refunds would be made in case you forgot to be on time for the appointment or had to delay because of any other nonmedical reason.
- No refunds are available.
